Essenbay Marine is proud to offer factory-style replacement cushions for Sportsman Boats (2013 and newer) — including the Open Series, Heritage Series, Masters Series and Islander Series models. Each cushion is made-to-order by the same builder that manufactures cushions for Sportsman and Key West Boats, ensuring a perfect OEM fit and finish for every model.
We supply replacement cushions for nearly all Sportsman models, including:
Open Series: Open 212, Open 232, Open 242, Open 252, Open 282, and Open 352
Heritage Series: Heritage 231, Heritage 261, and Heritage 321.
Masters Series (Bay Boats): Masters 227, Masters 247, Masters 247 OE, Masters 267, and Masters 267 OE.
Islander Series: Islander 207, Islander 215 & Islander 227
To guarantee an exact match, we’ll ask for a clear photo showing your current piping/welt color, stitching style, and cushion pattern, along with your boat’s year and model. This ensures your new cushions blend seamlessly with your existing upholstery — so it looks like they never went missing in the first place.
Because our builder also fulfills Sportsman and Key West Boats’ production orders, lead times typically range from 6 to 12 weeks, depending on season and demand. Each cushion is handcrafted to order using marine-grade vinyl, UV-resistant materials, and premium foam built to last.
