This is almost a direct replacement boarding ladder for my 2015 Sportsman 251 Heritage. I say almost as you will need to remove the foldable stand offs from the old ladder and mount them on the new ladder. You will also need to by the heavy shrink tubing that goes on the curved part of the ladder and install it finally remove the screws that are part of the locking system for a dock or pontoon boat. Not five stars because of one of the locking screws was missing, but I did not need it. Also because one of the leg did not swivel around freely at first, I had to work it loose an add a little lubricant. In the end it was success for me, I got exactly what I needed.
