I am in FL and they are in SC and so ups it FedEx ground takes 2 days. Yet they choose to use this stupid ups advantage that is no advantage and took over a week to deliver. Why do vendors even use this garbage service??? What to save $2?? And don’t say I picked it like you did in your rude email. I got that this stupid service as a default for the free shipping. I should not have to wait over a week on a $200+ order. If you want to stop getting bad reviews you’ll stop using this snail service just to save a couple bucks.
